my ttrpg group has mostly stuck to dnd 5e since we started playing in 2021. it's the first ttrpg system we learned, albeit over text, rather than VC or IRL. maybe we lost some of the magic by doing that; i don't know. honestly, i will always love dnd 5e, but i'm hoping to try out other ttrpgs. one, i familiarize myself with different styles of ttrpgs and what would work best for my group and i; and two, the more games i play, the more i improve as a player and gm! especiall gm; i'm sorta kinda the forever gm for my group, despite my fraught conflict with creative burn out. besides, i've collected too many ttrpgs from charity bundles and such to not try them out! all of them seem so interesting!

until i convince my group to try out these other ttrpgs, i will likely stick to ttrpgs that facilitate solo play. starting with, ironsworn by shawn tomkin!

i'm a slow reader and writer, so my review of this may come out months later. nonetheless, i'm excited to try it out!

witch kings' coven is the homebrew, dnd 5e campaign i'm currently running for my group. in particular, this page is dedicated to archiving lore and information relevant to its setting, the sundered realms. since this is a more experimental project which requires coding skills i currently lack, the page will likely undergo significant and insane construction!
